Drive ID means document library

In Microsoft Graph, a drive can represent a SharePoint document library. A Drive ID identifies that drive; it is not the site URL, library display name, or a file’s item ID.

Choose from the administrator’s map

Use the validated Site | Library | Drive ID table supplied by IT. Match the business destination to the library name, then use its actual Drive ID only where the installed action requests it.

Troubleshoot a mismatch

Check the site and library together. A valid ID from a different tenant, library, or access context will not establish access to the intended destination.
