IT Administrator Setup

Performed once for initial onboarding

Use the following sequence as the intended setup plan. Complete the product-specific checkpoints against the integration implementation before granting access or distributing credentials.

1. Choose required SharePoint sites and libraries.
2. Create the Microsoft Entra application.
3. Configure Microsoft Graph permissions confirmed for the product.
4. Create a client secret if required by the verified authentication method.
5. Grant SharePoint site access for Sites.Selected where applicable.
6. Review and run the approved Merxence PowerShell setup once the real tool is available.
7. Generate the Drive ID map.
8. Hand the approved connection details and Drive ID map to the HighLevel user through a secure channel.

Setup tool is not published

There is no production Merxence setup script in this repository. Do not substitute unreviewed commands or assume permission requirements from the intended sequence.

Handoff checklist

Record the tenant and application identifiers needed by the verified connection, the secret’s secure retrieval location and expiration if applicable, approved sites and grants, and the Site | Library | Drive ID map. Include an owner for renewal and access changes.

Ongoing IT work

Initial setup is performed once. Secret rotation, revocation, access reviews, and adding a new approved site still need IT involvement.
