Sites.Selected is a Microsoft Graph Selected scope for site collections. Consent must be combined with a resource assignment and appropriate token; consent by itself does not open a site.

Review implications

Site access is broader than a single named document library within that site. Record the approved site, application, role, owner, and review date.
