Confirm the resource mapping
Section titled “Confirm the resource mapping”Match the target site and library to the administrator’s validated Drive ID map. Verify the Drive ID came from the intended tenant and library. Check that the file or folder still exists.
Confirm application access
Section titled “Confirm application access”Access in an administrator’s browser does not prove access for the workflow application. Ask IT to verify the runtime connection and any Sites.Selected site grant.
Separate resource and permission errors
Section titled “Separate resource and permission errors”Record whether the available error indicates forbidden access or a missing resource. Avoid replacing an identifier until you have checked both the mapping and access.
