File URLs

A Microsoft Graph driveItem may expose a browser-facing web URL. A browser link is not interchangeable with a Drive ID or item ID.

Check source access

Section titled “Check source access”

A file URL that works in your signed-in browser may require cookies or other authentication. That does not prove that a workflow action can retrieve the file.

Do not publish private sharing links or access-bearing URLs in documentation or logs.

Product requirements

Section titled “Product requirements”

Supported URL types, source retrieval, expiration handling, and returned URL fields require implementation review. Use a small non-sensitive test with the exact source format requested by the installed action.
