Verify Setup
Check the administrator handoff
Section titled “Check the administrator handoff”Confirm that the connection belongs to the intended tenant and application, that the target site is approved, and that the Drive ID map names the correct library. If a client secret is used, confirm that it is current through the authorized connection owner.
Run a controlled test
Section titled “Run a controlled test”Use a supported action and non-sensitive sample data. Confirm the required values are present before the action runs. Inspect the HighLevel run history, then verify the result in the target SharePoint library.
Verify the next step
Section titled “Verify the next step”If a later step uses an action output, check the output’s actual name and value in the test run. Do not use a site URL where a Drive ID or item ID is required.
Record acceptance
Section titled “Record acceptance”Record the timestamp, application version if visible, chosen action, expected result, observed result, and repeated-run behavior. Remove secrets and private URLs from screenshots.
For failures, begin with authentication, permissions, or SharePoint access.
