Getting Started

Microsoft 365 Files for HighLevel brings Microsoft 365 file and SharePoint actions into HighLevel workflows. A product by Merxence.

Two responsibilities

IT administrator setup is performed once for the initial connection. IT chooses resources, prepares approved Microsoft access, creates the Drive ID map, and arranges a secure handoff. Credential rotation, access reviews, and changes to the approved sites remain ongoing IT responsibilities.

HighLevel business/user workflow setup is repeated for each workflow. Users work with the approved connection and map, configure an available action, test its result, and use confirmed outputs in later steps.
