HighLevel User Setup

Use the administrator’s approved connection and Drive ID map. Routine workflow configuration follows the initial IT setup; creating a new Entra application is not part of every workflow.

  1. Check that you are working in the intended HighLevel account.
  2. Follow the verified authentication setup supplied for the installed application.
  3. Choose an available action from the installed integration.
  4. Supply the confirmed action inputs. When an action requests a Drive ID, select the approved library from the administrator’s map.
  5. Test with non-sensitive data and verify the setup.
  6. Use only the outputs exposed by the installed action in later workflow steps.

Ask IT about new sites, different libraries outside the approved plan, permission failures, expired credentials, or connection ownership changes. Do not widen permissions to resolve an uninvestigated error.

The exact HighLevel connection screens, credential fields, action catalog, and output mapping names are awaiting implementation review. This page describes responsibilities and testing, not an application field schema.

See working with files for Drive IDs, paths, item IDs, and file URLs.
