Subject: [M365 Files] Support Request
Opens your email app with a short template. Include only the details relevant to your request. You can also copy the address and subject into your preferred email service.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”To help investigate faster, include the details relevant to the issue:
- The action name shown in your installed version.
- Approximate execution time and timezone.
- The exact error message, with sensitive values removed.
- Relevant non-sensitive IDs, only when needed to identify the affected run or resource.
- Workflow context: what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened.
- A redacted screenshot when it helps explain the problem.
If available, include your product version and checks already attempted. You do not need to collect every detail before contacting support.
Security reports
Section titled “Security reports”Security-related reports use the same mailbox. Use [M365 Files][Security] in the subject and begin with a general description, the affected area, and sanitized reproduction steps. Ask support how to share sensitive incident details before sending them.
