Authentication
Check the connection context
Section titled “Check the connection context”Confirm the tenant, application, and HighLevel account associated with the connection. If the verified method uses a client secret, check that the configured credential is the secret value, that it has not expired, and that it belongs to the intended application.
Distinguish authentication from authorization
Section titled “Distinguish authentication from authorization”Microsoft Graph documents HTTP 401 as an authentication problem and 403 as forbidden access. A message from the product may wrap the upstream response, so inspect the available error details.
See Microsoft’s Graph error reference.
Recover through the owner
Section titled “Recover through the owner”Ask the connection owner to follow the verified reconnection or credential update procedure. Do not post tokens or secrets in support requests. Exact product authentication messages and screens require implementation review.
