Configure an action

1. Choose the action that matches the business task.
2. Use the administrator-approved Drive ID for the target document library when the action requests it.
3. Supply the documented path, Item ID, name, file value, or limits for that action.
4. Test with non-sensitive data.
5. Verify the result in SharePoint before mapping its outputs into later workflow steps.
